Why would such an adorable dress arrive without seams? No hem seam, no arm seams, just raw cut material… i returned

Cheap fabric, average clothing

I am trying to get a refund on this dress because I expected it to be better quality in fabric and craft but it is like something I would get from Walmart--super cheap.
