Cute shirt and helpful customer service

This shirt is so comfortable and super cute. My only complaint is the charm on is not enforced enough for its weight and size. I messaged customer service and they offered for me to send it back and they will fix so I’m taking advantage of that. Honestly, if it is not reinforced enough, I think taking a hot glue gun and gluing it onto the shirt directly and not letting it hang would be just as cute.
